J. D. Graham & Associates Ltd. is an family owned mining and consulting company that has been in business for over 25 years. The president is  J. D. (Don) Graham, P. Eng.  mining and geological engineer. He is a registered member in good standing of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC. He was a registered professional engineer in Quebec and Arizona during his residency in these jurisdictions. During his active career, which spanned some 50 years in five countries, Mr. Graham acquired a number of historical and unique mining properties. Now semi retired, Mr. Graham is selling these holdings. 

Over the past several years he has sold four mines and has optioned out an additional three mines.
